We open at 8 AM with traditional breakfast and close with cocktails and sweet bread straight from the oven. There's everything from a $4 pupusa to seafood and steaks made for sharing — and always something for the kids.

Our pupuseria works in the open: every pupusa is patted out by hand on the griddle, one at a time, only after you order it. It comes with curtido we ferment in house and salsa straight from the pot.

We're at 326 Mayor Kenneth A. Gibson Blvd, Newark, NJ 07104, in the North Newark section of Newark, New Jersey — just minutes from Belleville, Bloomfield, Harrison and Kearny.
What are your hours?
We open every day at 8:00 AM. Sunday through Thursday we close at 10:00 PM, and Friday and Saturday at 11:00 PM.
What are pupusas made of, and are they gluten free?
Our pupusas are made from corn masa, which contains no wheat or gluten. The usual fillings are cheese, chicharrón (pork), beans and loroco. If you have celiac disease, tell your server so the kitchen can take extra care.
Do you deliver?
Yes. You can order delivery through DoorDash or Uber Eats, or call us at 973-485-1763 to pick up your order.
